Seen it twice and I love it. I actually like it over Transformers.

The only minus side:
The violence is mostly off-screen thanks to the studios for aiming to hit low on the MPAA ratings.
Hey, with so much kung-fu or gun-fu or free running going around, it's nice to see old fashion brute force back in town.
I love characters going through a lot of abuse and still stand and fight.
